QoMA

By registering a business on QoMA Infinite Loyalty ("QoMA", "the Service"), you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your business and that you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not complete the registration.
QoMA is a digital tracking tool. It records loyalty interactions — stamps, stickers, raffle entries and related statistics — for customers of your venue. QoMA does not process payments, hold funds, supply physical goods, or provide security, surveillance or insurance services of any kind.
New venues receive a 3-month free trial starting on the day of registration. No payment card is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active subscription; loyalty data is retained for a reasonable grace period so you can export or reactivate.
You are responsible for: (a) keeping your 4-digit access PIN confidential; (b) the accuracy of the business details you provide; (c) displaying your QR materials lawfully at your premises; and (d) honouring the rewards, stamps and raffle prizes you advertise to your customers. Rewards are offered by your business, not by QoMA.
QoMA is a digital tracking tool and bears no responsibility for any theft, loss, damage or other incident occurring at your business premises, whether or not related to the display or scanning of QoMA materials. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, QoMA's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to QoMA in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We collect the data needed to operate the Service: your business name, contact email, chosen campaign settings, and anonymous scan statistics. We use it to run your loyalty program, send your welcome kit and QR code, and provide support. We do not sell your data. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; deletion closes your venue's loyalty program.
We may suspend venues that abuse the Service, violate the law, or harm other users. You may terminate at any time; termination stops future billing but does not entitle you to refunds for periods already billed.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your account. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
